Our Team
Jack
Jack was raised in the Bay Area by his truck driver dad and homemaker mom. After serving in the Navy in Hawaii, he went back to the Islands where he completed the plumbing apprenticeship program. It's also where he met and married his wife Pam.
The couple moved to Shasta County in 1975, and Jack started a plumbing business with his brother Dan in 1978. Jack and Pam have two grown boys, Kris and Zach, and now have two grandchildren as well.
Jack says Shasta County is one of the most beautiful places on earth and loves the people and the small town atmosphere. He likes mountain bike riding, hiking, and doing the outdoor upkeep on their little piece of paradise.
Kris
With a name like Ahern, you could say plumbing is in Kris' blood. He didn't officially join the family business until 2000 but spent summer vacations as an apprentice for as long as he can remember.
Kris attended college at UC Davis and, upon returning to Redding, committed himself to working as a plumber, where Ahern & Sons customers have benefited from his tremendous skills.
Kris lives with his wife Melissa and their two children, Jacob, age 8 and Bella Cherie, age 2. He enjoys fishing, golf, and watching his son's youth sports teams.
Jeff
Jeff has been a plumber for 19 years and knows Redding like the back of his hand, having lived here for over 35 years!
He is married to his high school sweetheart, Clarinda, and is the father of two, Taylor and Jeffrey. In his free time, Jeff likes playing golf and baseball as well as coaching his kids' sports teams.
Jon
Born and raised in Chico, Jon owned his own cabinet shop in Chico and has been a licensed general contractor since the age of twenty-one. Prior to his career in plumbing, he served as a building superintendent here in Redding. Jon has been a finish plumber for Ahern & Sons Plumbing for fourteen years.
Jon recently purchased a small ranch in Ono, where he lives with his wife Juanita. When they have a little spare time they really enjoy fishing and are planning to plant a vineyard and build a new house.
